UHF is made to work with content or playlists that users create themselves using legally sourced material.
We at UHF don't allow the streaming of copyrighted content without the permission from the person who holds the copyright. We act quickly if we receive any complaints about copyright and might stop or delete your account.
Only content added by users is shown and played on UHF. This means that users are responsible for what is shown. Please make sure you only use legal content on UHF.

UHF is a video player and playlist management tool for iOS. The App does not provide any content. Users are responsible for configuring the App with their own playlists of legal or user-owned content.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
The User acknowledges and agrees that UHF is the exclusive owner of all copyrights and intellectual property rights pertaining to UHF worldwide, regardless of whether said rights are registered in any given region.
All copyrights and intellectual property rights associated with the content created by UHF concerning the mobile application are the property of UHF.
User generated content
You are solely responsible for all the content that you play, stream, or access through UHF. UHF is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any opinion contained in any content you access.
User guidelines
UHF respects all laws, agreements, and intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. You must adhere to these rules and should encourage other users to do the same.
Infringement and reporting user content
UHF respects the rights of intellectual property owners. If you believe that any content infringes your intellectual property rights or other rights, please contact UHF at contact@nakiostudio.com. UHF may in its sole discretion take the steps that UHF deems appropriate without prior notification to the user or other party who supplied that Content.
Data Collection and Purpose
UHF collects anonymous user data to support the backup and device sync functionality of the App. In addition, the App collects crash reports, this data is solely used for improving the App's performance and enhancing user experience.
Data Sharing
We do not share any collected data with any third parties. However, trusted service providers may be engaged to assist in app development, maintenance, or analytics. In such cases, any data sharing will be done in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Data Retention
No identifiable user data is retained by UHF. Crash reports and related data may be stored temporarily for the purpose of addressing technical issues and improving the App.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
By using actively UHF you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
